Path of Exile Microtransactions on PlayStation Not Showing Up in-Game in Cosmetics Tab after Purchase

If your purchases of microtransactions in Path of Exile on PlayStation are not showing up in the cosmetics tab, there's mainly one reason why... and that's because it hasnt yet synced with the game. Here's how to sync your MTX purchases to receive it immediately in-game at the cosmetics tab.

  • Login to the Path of Exile website using your PlayStation account
  • Click on your PSN account name at the top left (not the ingame character name)
  • On the right sidebar, click the link called View Transactions.
  • On that page, click the button called View Microtransactions.
  • Your purchases will be listed there.
  • Once you have done those steps above, go to your Cosmetics tab ingame and, voila, your purchases will have appeared.
If that does not work, the only other possibility is for you to contact support at GGG and ask them to assist.
