If you are having problems respeccing your Passive Tree, there is a simple workaround but you will need to visit Faustus at your Hideout or at Kingsmarch. Here's how to do it without spending any gold:
- Visit Faustus at your Hideout and choose: Respecialisation.
- Press X on any 1 node to trigger the respec but do not apply changes
- Press your Trackpad button to exit Faustus' screen.
- Open your Passive tree (not with Faustus), and press Triangle on all the node(s) you want to unspec (the usual way).
- Apply changes and you're done!
